The work of the organisation will be overseen by two distinctive teams, namely the Board of Directors and the Management Team. The Board shall be entitled to deal with all organisation’s strategic planning and resources in accordance with its objectives to enter into donor funding arrangements with governments, companies or individuals and to solicit and accept donations, bequests and contributions towards the funds of the organisation, and to exercise the powers and authorities herein granted to the Board of Directors according to the organisation’s constitution.The CEO may serve as the General Secretary. He/she and his/her team will manage all operational activities of the organisation.
Hiil Institute is managed by a competent and qualified board with the leadership of the Chairman of the Board. The Board works closely with the executive team led by the Executive Director.
